The city is empty.

28 days ago, a virus escaped from the central laboratories of the United Kingdom.

Within hours, it turned people into wild, uncontrollable creatures.

All of society collapsed. The shops are looted, and only shadows dominate the streets.

On the streets, the cries of the infected shatter the silence. They are driven by uncontrollable rage and a thirst for blood.

Saint Thomas' Hospital still stands dark above the Thames...

The only refuge for the night to come...

Inside, the building feels frozen in time.

Files scattered across the corridors, overturned stretchers, a child's drawing stuck to the wall: “Mom, will you come back?”

Everything suggests that people sought shelter here before you... and never made it out...
