Society is not as we remember it. Little by little, it changed without us noticing... Endless wars, pandemics, and natural disasters led us to economic hyperinflation. Energy prices rose so high that only a few could afford them as exclusive luxury items, placing them at the top of global power, above all of us. In addition, natural disasters destroyed all sources of renewable energy, leaving us in terrible chaos.
Then, society split in two: the 1%, who continue to enjoy the luxury and comforts of yesteryear, and the rest of humanity, who have had to find ways to survive in this decadent world. Thus, a New World Order was established, where only a few control us at will while the rest of us have had to return to ancient techniques to generate a minimum amount of energy to live.
But the time has come to act, to unite as a rebel group and find a way to bring light back to humanity and thus end this new world order: The Descendants of Sokar...
