White Noise

White Noise Performance is based on true events. You’ll find yourself in a former research institute, right where this story happened.
Electronic Voice Phenomenon was studied by scientists from all over the world, and was colloquially named White Noise. The documents unclassified in 2007 revealed that scientists in the USSR were also studying EVP. In the 80s Professor Valentin Markov headed Scientific and Research Institute for Long-Distance Radio Communications (NIIDAR). A tragedy which happened in Markov’s family made Markov devote the rest of his life to studying EVP.
His wife and small daughter Yulen’ka died in a car accident, and professor kept trying to get in touch with his family by creating a permanent transponder. He managed to come into contact with his family, but unfortunately those were not only his wife and daughter trying to communicate with him. Other people whom he shouldn’t have heard did it too. The voices made him do horrible things, and as a result he lost his mind. Valentin Igorevich went missing, and even today nobody knows where he is.
