The Puppeteer

My dear neighbors,
In our neighborhood we have the misfortune of living next door to a madman who I am very much afraid is extremely dangerous. For years now I've been trying to figure out what's going on in his house at 39 28th October Street right across the street from me. Creepy voices are constantly heard and strange figures appear through the window bars, but I never see visitors or customers enter the premises that once also functioned as a doll-making workshop, the famous "Evil Dolls".
