The Last Smile

In a city shrouded in shadows, the Joker, known as the prince of chaos, plots his most Machiavellian plan: the spread of a lethal virus called “genocidin,” capable of inducing laughter until death.

Secretly collaborating with Dr. Jocoso, both work tirelessly in a laboratory hidden under the city, devising a strategy capable of infecting millions of people in an imminent carnival. Under the deceptive appearance of an innocent event called 'The Carnival of Joy', helium balloons become carriers of a sinister secret. In their apparent lightness, these balloons hide a lethal virus that, when released, will cause uncontrollable laughter that will lead people to death.

In the midst of this panorama, a scientist on the team, overwhelmed by the magnitude of the threat, creates a compound capable of destroying the virus. Before the carnival breaks loose, he manages to escape and, in a desperate act, alerts Detective Sullivan, who organizes a task force to ensure its destruction. Following the clues provided by the fugitive scientist, they arrive at the secret base where the detective shares crucial details of the Joker's life, in order to decipher it and combat him.

Time is short and the city's shadows deepen, as the heroes embark on a race against the clock to prevent «Genocidin» from unleashing his deadly plan.
